Zucchini and Walnut Spaghetti | Špageti z bučkami in orehi

The winter just doesn’t seem to be going away yet. In this cold day I just like to be inside and sit by the fireplace in the arms of my beloved one. A perfect pre Valentine’s day, since he is going back to work tomorrow (after a surgery) and I will be alone and busy again. The real life starts again. Finally, I have enough of extraordinary for now.

And for this wintery and ordinary day I give you one simple recipe. (Scroll down!)

Špageti z bučkami in orehi

Tale zima kar noče in noče oditi. V teh mrzlih dneh bi le sedela ob kaminu v objemu moje ljubljene osebe. Popoln dan pred Valentinovim, saj je gre nazaj na delo jutri (po operaciji), jaz pa bom znova sama in zaposleni. Nazaj v resnično življenje. Končno, za nekaj časa imam dovolj neobičajnih dni.

In na ta zimski in običajni dan sem vam pripravila čisto preprost recept. (Pomaknite se navzdol!)

 

For this recipe you will need (for 2 main dishes):

1 zucchini cut into julienne strips

1 garlic clove, crushed

50 g crushed walnuts

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

salt and pepper

250 g spaghetti

Boil water, add salt and cook the spaghetti al dente. In a pan heat the oil and add zucchini, garlic and walnuts. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat and stir occasionally. When zucchini strips become soft and the spaghetti are cooked, just mix everything together.


Za ta recept boste potrebovali (za 2 glavni jedi)

1 bučko, narezano na trakove Julienne

1 strok česna, zdrobljen

50 g zdrobljenih orehov

1 žlico rastlinskega olja

sol in poper

250 g špagetov

Zavremo vodo, solimo in skuhamo špagete al dente. V ponvi raztopimo maslo in dodamo bučke, česen in orehe. Začinimo s soljo in poprom. Kuhamo na srednje močnem ognju in mešamo občasno. Ko postanejo trakovi bučke mehki in špageti kuhani, vse skupaj premešamo in postrežemo.
